We feel bad for Texas Roadhouse. We really do. They have a really fun brand voice that we totally identify with. Plus, we love their rolls and sweet butter. Drooooooool.
But, as this sign at the BRAND NEW Texas Roadhouse (seriously, it’s not even open yet), would suggest, they’re hiring for people interested in being a “Roadho.” I’m guessing that’s not really what they’re going for.
The lesson here? Your brand voice is ALWAYS talking, even when it’s saying the wrong thing. Don’t let it say the wrong thing.
