I try to give thank
s throughout the year for the blessings I receive. And man do I feel blessed with all the people I get to meet and the projects I get to take part in. This time of year especially, I’m reminded about the great small businesses and nonprofits I’m able to help, as they’re helping our communities.
Today I’m remembering my clients and their small businesses or nonprofits that heal the people in our communities, in mind, body and spirit. These are just a few project highlights from this past year.
NAMI of Central Iowa
It’s great to help all sorts of businesses and nonprofits, but when I can be part of one right in my neck of the woods, I’m all the more excited. NAMI of Central Iowa helps individuals who have a mental illness, along with their family and friends, find support and skills to lead a better life. The Zao team got to help design a new website, with new copy and user-friendly navigation, that will go live soon! Be on the lookout for this to hit the internet!
Dani Lin Wellness
I’m so grateful that Dani discovered Zao as she was starting out her health and nutrition coaching small business, Dani Lin Wellness. Zao helped her help other mommas by writing her a marketing plan for the year and helping her design and write a new website.
Kelly Timmerman
When it comes down to it, this job is about the people I get to meet and work with. Kelly Timmerman is one of a kind. She is as sweet as her diet isn’t (she’s one healthy nutritionist). We’ve been helping Kelly since her brand launched and work with her on her print materials, website and social media strategy. She’s been so successful with her business’ exposure, she’s even been featured on CNN and recently featured in two magazine.
Clear Brook Counseling Professionals
When a new business begins, my heart nearly stops in utter joy. All. The. Possibilities! Clear Brook Counseling Professionals started in May of 2015, and my Zao team was fortunate enough to help with branding, website design and copy, articles, creative campaigns, and more. I love watching as their business grows in Ames, and I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store!
